Overall, this shelf is beautiful and well made. A few comments on the overall process - it took much longer than anticipated which made delivery somewhat challenging due to the fact that you needed a signature for delivery (we were on vacation). 4 large crates were delivered and were very heavy. Company did take care of the custom fees that were not included in the price. There were no written instructions on how to put the shelf together, only a video without any verbal instructions. I was able to figure it out, but not without some uncertainties. Good communication on the status of the shelf with pictures of where they were in the process.
