Standard Delivery is free on all orders and includes delivery to the ground floor, lobby, or first accessible dry area. It does not include unpacking or assembly. Delivery will be scheduled with tracking or arranged by our delivery partner.
Delivery & Assembly Service is available for VIP customers or selected items requiring complex setup. This includes in-home assembly by professionals.
A service fee of $50–$100 may apply. Customers can request this service during checkout or by contacting us.
Note: Assembly is scheduled in advance for your convenience. Customers are responsible for preparing the space. Delivery teams are not responsible for moving existing furniture or any potential floor damage.

ETW offers a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
You may return your item within 30 days of purchase.

ET Woodcraft was excellent from ordering to delivery!
We had issues with our local UPS in Orlando which had the shipment in their hands for 10 days and held up the delivery which had nothing to do with the process from ET Woodcraft.
Otherwise, everything worked out and our console is absolutely beautiful with detailed craftsmanship.
The assembling of the media console with the YouTube video instructions provided by ET was easy and the packaging was professional done in wooden crates & form protection of products.
I would not hesitate in ordering again from ET Woodcraft!
Beautifully built, high quality addition to our home. Extremely accommodating working to perfect the finish. I would recommend any product built by this company.
Heavy and a bit difficult to pound in place with a rubber mallet, but looks nice. A bit of touch-up stain needed for a couple of areas. All in all a 4 of 5.
I was looking for real solid wood furniture and could only find partial board stuff that I had to put together once delivered. But found ET Woodcraft and these guys are the real deal, they sent me picture along the way of making the furniture so I felt involved with the entire process. Overall, this shelf is beautiful and well made. A few comments on the overall process - it took much longer than anticipated which made delivery somewhat challenging due to the fact that you needed a signature for delivery (we were on vacation). 4 large crates were delivered and were very heavy. Company did take care of the custom fees that were not included in the price. There were no written instructions on how to put the shelf together, only a video without any verbal instructions. I was able to figure it out, but not without some uncertainties.
Good communication on the status of the shelf with pictures of where they were in the process.
I am very happy with the wardrobe cabinet that I immediately contacted them to see about creating a six drawer dresser to match it. Their work is top of its class.

We love our new end table!! It was a great experience working with ET Woodcraft. The table is beautiful and looks great in our house. The two reasons I did not give it 5 stars are that in came in two separate deliveries and nobody told me that would happen. Kept getting delay messages from UPS. Second, though it looks like it, it’s not sold wood. A wood worker friend told me that.
